A drive east from Prospect along the Ocho Rios to White River Road — part of Jamaica's Northern Coastal Highway — offers a practical look at Tower Isle and neighbouring Pompano Beach in St Mary Parish.

Approaching Tower Isle, Reggae Beach sits to the left of the roadway. A roadside sign welcomes visitors to Tower Isles. Tower Isle Road, also known as Chris Terrace, branches off to the right, alongside Lake View Road. Couples Resorts, an all-inclusive property, and Sapphire Island lie to the left.

Dr. Ibert Swaby Avenue runs to the right and connects toward Emmanuel United Church, the March Saunders Conference Center, and Iona High School. Nearby, Dr. E. Roberts Way also leads toward Iona High School and surrounding sites. Arawak Avenue links onward to Tower Isles Street and Caribbean Avenue, while Columbus Avenue and Seaview Drive provide further access through the area.

The route continues into Pompano Beach, where Columbus Avenue meets its other end on the right and Riviera Boulevard runs to the left. The Pompano Commercial Center stands on the right, housing the Area 2 Police Headquarters, the Tower Isles Post Office, the Tower Isles Seventh-day Adventist Church, and other facilities. Pompano Way and Bayswater Avenue branch off nearby, and Reed Drive — also known as Reid Boulevard — lies to the right.

The drive concludes as the road enters Ryanover, marking the eastern stretch of this coastal corridor through one of St Mary's well-known seaside communities.
