Reggae Vibes Music Relaunches Turbulence Single Jamaica Holiday
Reggae Vibes Music has put Turbulence's uplifting reggae track Jamaica Holiday back on the market, with the label seeking to establish the song as a fresh anthem for the island, its people, and Jamaica's celebrated cultural heritage.
Few countries command the kind of worldwide profile Jamaica enjoys. Even people who have never travelled to the Caribbean tend to connect the island with reggae, white-sand beaches, jerk food, premium rum, and a lively culture that has left its mark across generations globally.
The renewed release is intended to build on that international recognition, promote tourism, and honour what keeps Jamaica among the Caribbean's most attractive destinations.
Jamaica Holiday also holds official soundtrack status for a feature film bearing the same title. The two-hour production was written and directed by Richard Brown and Glenroy Dodd, with Richard Brown Films producing alongside Jammiwood.
The film centres on a man grappling with personal difficulties who sets out across Jamaica in search of clarity and healing. Viewers are taken through both the grit and the striking beauty of the island, as moments of struggle give rise to hope, resilience, and transformation.
