MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Officers are at a scene in Mandeville where human remains in an advanced state of decomposition were discovered in bushes along Wint Road, not far from the Mandeville Infant School, on Friday morning.
Early reports indicate that around 8:00 am, people passing through the area came upon the remains and notified the police. A team reached the location at 8:17 am.
The deceased is believed to be an adult male. He was lying face down beneath a grille and was wearing a red sweater with black shorts.
