Minister of religion charged for US$12,132 motor vehicle fraud

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica—A minister of religion has been charged with fraudulent conversion and non-delivery of goods and services on the contracted date following an incident between November 2025 and January 23, 2026.
Charged is 57-year-old Sean Green, a minister of religion, of Oakwood Terrace, Wedgewood Gardens, Spanish Town, St Catherine.
Reports from the Spanish Town police are that a man allegedly paid US$12,132 to Green for the purchase of a 2010 Isuzu motor truck, which was to be handed over in November 2025. However, the man reportedly did not receive the vehicle, and the money was not refunded.
A report regarding the incident was made to the police, and Green was subsequently arrested and charged.
He is set to appear before the St Catherine Parish Court on Tuesday, May 19.
