NIRA Authenticated Copy Service Offers Certified Records on Request

The National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) makes authenticated copies of recorded documents available to members of the public who request them and settle the relevant fees.
Under the service, an office copy is charged at a rate calculated per legal sheet of the recorded document being reproduced.
Where a diagram forms part of the document, an additional one-hour diagram fee is applied. However, customers using this service are not required to pay a Deed receipt fee.
