Emerging dancehall performer Tashanty has joined forces with one of the genre's newer breakout names, Nhance, on a single titled Problems.
The song, which came from Stashment Productions, pairs Nhance's heartfelt writing with Tashanty's strong vocal showing, in what persons close to the project say is a solid musical match.
Tashanty, whose profile has been growing step by step in music, said she has high hopes for the release. "Me believe inna this song more than I can say," she said.
She shared that working with Nhance felt easy from the very beginning, adding that he was both gifted and relaxed throughout the process. According to the artiste, that chemistry helped the session move without friction, and she believes the finished product shows just how strong the track is.
Even as she puts energy into promoting Problems, Tashanty said she is still in studio cutting more songs.
The melodic singjay first started making noise with her debut single, Caution, and she remains intent on carving out a place among entertainment's top names.
"My style of music is a dynamic blend of dancehall and reggae as such I plan to unleash a melting pot of new sounds in the musical space. I'm fairly new and everything is going in the direction I hope it to. I'm also building a following based on my authenticity and distinct voice" Tashanty stated.
