Fourteen Bodies Recovered in June as Jamaica Records Second Week of Single-Digit Murders
At least fourteen bodies were recovered within days of one another in June from sites across several Jamaican parishes, and police have opened investigations into the discoveries. In a weekend statement issued through the Ministry of Education, he said he was woefully sorry and wholeheartedly apologised for what he called an unintended outcome.
Five people were killed in a shooting on Monday at a youth welfare facility in Stade, a town in northern Germany, police said. Two people, including the suspected gunman, were arrested. Authorities confirmed that others were injured but did not say how many.
