FOXBOROUGH, United States (AFP) — France defeated Norway 4-1 on Friday to finish first in World Cup Group I, while Senegal preserved their chance of reaching the round of 32 with a 5-0 victory against Iraq.
Ousmane Dembele of Paris Saint-Germain netted three goals before the interval as France maintained a perfect record at the tournament, having already beaten Senegal and Iraq in earlier matches.
