Tyre Warehouse Automotive Holds Firm on Exclusive Jetour Rights in Jamaica, Barbados and Cayman
Tyre Warehouse Automotive (TWA) has confirmed that it continues to hold the exclusive authorised rights to distribute and sell Jetour vehicles in Jamaica, Barbados and the Cayman Islands.
The company said coverage in recent media about Jetour dealership arrangements in other parts of the Caribbean does not alter how it operates or how it serves customers in its territories.
TWA told buyers that warranty protection, after-sales maintenance, spare parts availability and related support will remain in place without change.
The firm also restated its pledge to provide independent, customer-centred service across all of the markets it serves.
