Google Play | App Store Attention: News Editor April 16 , 2026 Update JPS POWER SUPPLY ISSUE IMPACTING OPERATION AT MARTHA BRAE TREATMENT PLANT, TRELAWNY Water supply to some customers in Trelawny, St. James and St Ann , continues to be impact ed, due to JPS power supply issu e at the Martha Brae Treatment Plant in Trelawny . This issue will result in custom ers experienci ng low or no water conditions. The matter h as been reported to the power service pr ovider and regular operatio n will resume at the facility as soon as the issue is resolved. Areas served in Trelawn y - Falmouth, Martha Brae, Hague, Carib Road, Zion, Florence Hall, Stonebrook Estate, Stonebrook Vista, Stonebrook Manor, Rock, Coopers Pen, Coral Spring, Carey Park, Stewart Castle, Granville, New Haven Heights, Salt Marsh, Comfort Hall, Scarlett Hall, Davis Pen, Hammersmith , Daniel town, Silver Sand , Rio, Braco, Holland Estate and Wiltshire. Areas served in St James - L ower sections of Greenwood, Rose Hall, Long Bay, Lilliput, Coral Gardens, Ironshore, Providence, Whitehouse, Providence, Scarlett Hall, Barret Town, Rhyne Park and Flanker.
