
Police in St. Catherine have opened a probe after a woman's decomposing body was found in the parish on Wednesday.
According to reports, people walking through a section of Hartlands district came upon the body in bushes about 11 a.m. The police were called to the area and observed that the remains were far gone in decomposition.
The woman was wearing black tights and a blouse. Investigators processed the location before the body was taken away for formal identification and a post-mortem examination.
