Captain Shai Hope is not out on 38 and with him is Keasy Carty on 18, Akeem McGist 34 and Justin Graves at 22 were the batsmen to be dismissed.
New Zealand, who have already won the series as they lead 3-1, were restricted to 268 for nine batting first. Tom Latham top scored with 69 of 71 balls, while Nick Kelly made an 80 ball 64 and Will Young contributed 56 of 63 balls.
No other player got past 20.
Jamaican left arm wrist spinner Vital Laws took two for 63 and Alzarri Joseph 2 for 38 from their 10s.
