Derrimon Trading (DTL) wishes to advise that subsequent to its initial notice on May 15, 2026, the Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements will be further delayed. This is due to the incompletion of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements will therefore, be submitted within the same timeline of the outstanding 2025 Audited Financial Statements, which is on or before June 30, 2026.
