Portmore 双谋杀案嫌犯在京斯顿与 St Catherine 大搜捕后被起诉

绰号 Salla 的 Solomon Powell 已被起诉，涉嫌谋杀 Livingston Garvey 和 Mario Cross 两人。嫌犯与 Kingston Havendale 地区的 West Great House Circle 以及 St Catherine 的 Central Village 有关联。

Garvey 与 Cross 于 2014 年 3 月 7 日在 St Catherine 的 Portmore 境内 Dyke Road 与 Hi-95 交叉口遇害。Powell 长期在逃，警方在 Kingston 与 St Catherine 展开大搜捕并多次突击行动后将其抓获。

Powell 现年 63 岁，案发时年仅 50 岁。检方表示，即使尘封多年的案件仍有望伸张正义。
