NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF RADIO JAMAICA LIMITED May 2 9 , 2026 Pursuant to Rule 408(iv) of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Main Market Rules, Radio Jamaica Limited hereby notifies its shareholders of a delay in the release of its audited financial statements. The delay is due to a recent cyber incident that impaired our systems and restricted access to critical data, which in turn prevented the timely completion and verification of our financial reports. We are actively restoring systems, recovering data, and c ompleting the necessary audit procedures. Accordingly, Radio Jamaica Limited advises that the audited financial statements will be published by July 31, 2026.
