Stefflon Don Catalog Stake Sold to HarbourView in Reported US$8 Million Agreement

Stefflon Don has completed a catalog transaction with HarbourView Equity Partners, handing the investment company rights connected to selected songs and recordings from her output before 2024.
A statement released Wednesday said the agreement includes earlier material from the British-Jamaican performer, among them 16 Shots, Hurtin’ Me, Boasty, Senseless, and Can’t Let You Go. The announcement did not state the price, but 54 London, her label, said on Instagram that the arrangement was worth US$8 million.
“Ownership and legacy are everything to me,” Stefflon Don said in the release. “HarbourView came in with a real understanding of my vision and my journey. I’m excited to partner with a team that respects the culture and is invested in where I’m going next.”
HarbourView, which is headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, said the purchase strengthens its expanding music holdings, spanning both compositions and recordings in several genres. The firm also said it has bought more than 70 music catalogs since it began operations in 2021.
“At HarbourView, we invest in artists who are shaping culture across genres and generations,” said Sherrese Clarke, Founder and CEO of HarbourView. “Stefflon Don is a singular voice with global impact, and we’re proud to partner with her to help preserve, amplify, and unlock new value from her catalog while supporting her continued creative evolution.”
Stefflon Don’s music has crossed Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, and Pop, helping her become one of the most prominent British acts with Caribbean heritage to reach a global audience. The Dancehall-influenced 16 Shots remains closely associated with her catalogue, while Hurtin’ Me, her collaboration with French Montana, played a major role in broadening her international profile.
The catalog move arrives as Stefflon Don gets ready to release more music. According to HarbourView, she is preparing three consecutive singles and collaborations with French rapper Leto and Dutch DJ-producer Don Diablo, as well as a Dancehall track featuring Skillibeng and Vybz Kartel.
HarbourView said that, as of December 31, 2025, it managed about US$3.88 billion in regulatory assets. The company also reported a broader portfolio of approximately 41,000 songs tied to master recordings and publishing revenue streams.
