FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE KINTYRE HOLDINGS (JA) LIMITED (KNTYR) LIMITED NOTICE OF DELAY IN AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2025 Kingston, Jamaica — June 4, 2026: Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited (KNTYR) previously advised that the audited fi nancial statements would be fi led on or before May 31, 2026. However, following ongoing discussions with the company's external auditors, additional audit procedures have been deemed necessary in relation to several recent acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and strategic transactions completed during the reporting period. These transactions require further review, valuation assessments and veri fi cation procedures to ensure that all fi nancial information is accurately re fl ected in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited remains fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of fi nancial reporting, transparency and corporate governance. The company continues to work closely with its auditors and professional advisors to complete the audit process as efficiently as possible.
