Man’s head partially severed in Westmoreland

WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Crime scene investigators are currently on the scene of a murder in Retreat, Westmoreland, where a man was reportedly killed in his sleep early Wednesday morning.
The deceased has been identified by residents as Vinroy Holness, a labourer who is said to be in his 40s.
Reports are that Holness was inside his house when he was attacked and his head partially severed in the early hours of the morning.
