@ MNSGOVJM Framing the occasion as more than a ceremonial milestone, Minister Cuthbert - Flynn said the moment demands both reflection and a recommitment to purpose. “Milestones such as these are not merely about the passage of time. They are moments for reflection, for gratit ude, and for renewal of purpose. The Minister emphasised that institutions charged with national security responsibilities must be guided not only by systems and policies, but by strong moral and ethical leadership. “Those entrusted with responsibility for national security carry a sacred duty to act with fairness, with wisdom and with integrity. The work of the FLA, though technical in nature, ultimately speaks to something deeper: the preservation of life, the promotion of order and the protection of communities, ” she said, describing each as national priorities and moral imperatives.
