Sarah Cumming was appointed Director and Head, Corporate Finance Caribbean effective July 1, 2026. In this role Sarah will lead the unit responsible for structuring and executing manda t ed transactions in coordination with Corporate and Investment Banking . She will maintain strategic relationships with clients and relationship managers across the region to originate structured finance transactions and deliver an integrated value proposit io n in collaboration with other region s and industry specialists . Sarah has more than 15 years of international Corporate and Investment Banking experience . In her most recent role as Head of Corporate Solutions and Investment Banking she consistently delivered strong results , exceeding targets for sales, capital markets fee income and referral generation. Throughout her career she has built a reputation for originating opportunities and collaborating across boundaries to deliver meaningful value to clients and overall growth objectives.
