Yaksta’s new album June 15

Reggae recording artiste Yaksta (Kemaul Martin) returns with his most complete and compelling body of work to date, his sophomore album, The Microphone Saved Me, available worldwide June 15.

Described as organic and hard core, Yaksta has built a reputation as one of Jamaica’s most authentic and thought-provoking voices.

Unflinching in his message, the “Bush Lawd” continues his mission of awakening minds through music that is rooted in culture, driven by conviction, and charged with spiritual authority.

Across 15 tracks, The Microphone Saved Me explores themes of revolution, evolution, gratitude and love.
