Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (“MDS” or “the Company”) hereby advises that the Company will be unable to meet the prescribed deadline for submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The delay is due to an unforeseen I.T. occurrence which resulted in the disruption of the accounting process and in turn delayed the year-end audit. In an effort to avoid the risk of compromised records, a consultancy team has been engaged to restore normalcy, and to assure credibility of audited financials. Subject to the successful completion of the recovery and audit processes, the Company currently anticipates submitting the Audited Financial Statements on or before August 31, 2026. As a consequence, the Annual Report for fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 will also be delayed, and shares the same anticipated submission date.
Accordingly, MDS apologises for any inconvenience caused and respectfully requests the understanding of its stakeholders in relation to this delayed filing.
