
Miss Universe Jamaica mourns death of 2024 contestant LaToya Malcolm
KINGSTON, Jamaica — LaToya Malcolm, who appeared in the Miss Universe Jamaica pageant in 2024, has died.
The news came in a statement released by Miss Universe Jamaica on Saturday. Officials did not say how she died.
In its tribute, the organisation said, “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Miss Universe Jamaica alumna LaToya Malcolm, who proudly competed in the 2024 Miss Universe Jamaica competition. Our heartfelt condolences are with her family, friends and loved ones. Rest peacefully, LaToya. You will never be forgotten.”
