Dividend Consideration Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) CCC has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Directors to be held on June 10, 2026, a dividend payment to shareholders will be considered . Advisory • Barita Investments Limited (BIL) - has advised that the Bank of Jamaica has granted a licence to Barita Financial Group Limited (Licence No: FHC - 008 - 2026) (the FHC Licence) to operate as a Financial Holding Company. • General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Limited ( GENAC) - has advised that it has issued shares as consideration to CGH Limited in keeping with the executed definitive agreements among GENAC, Musson (Jamaica) Limited and CGH Limited for the acquisition of the Beacon Insurance Company Limited (Beacon). The company ha s further advised that prior to the transaction, CGH Limited was the controlling shareholder of Beacon. Upon completion of the acquisition of Beacon by Musson and GENAC, GENAC will own 70% of Beacon. GENAC has also advised that CGH has been issued 150,021,478 ordinary shares and 9,700 redeemable preference shares in the capital of GENAC. Aspects of GENAC’s acquisition of Beacon remain subject to the receipt of final regulatory approvals from Beacon’s r egulators. GENAC has further advised of the appointment of Mr. Christian Hadeed and Mr. Christopher Woodhams to the Board of Directors, effective May 19, 2026. • Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) - has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 28, 2026, Messrs. Steven Whittingham and Steven Gooden were re - elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board, respectively . • LASCO Distributors Limited (LASD) LASCO Manufacturing Limited (LASM) have advised that Dr. Eileen Chin was appointed Deputy Executive Chairman of both companies on May 26, 2026.
