Stanley Motta Limited – Delay in Submission of 2025 Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements
Stanley Motta Limited wishes to advise its stakeholders that it will be unable to meet the deadline for the submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and its Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Additional time is required to facilitate the completion of outstanding audit matters and final review processes. The Company anticipates that the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and the Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements will be submitted on Friday, May 22, 2026.
