MFS Capital Partners Limited (MFS) – Grant of Cambio License to Subsidiary
MFS Capital Partners Limited (“The Company”) advises the Jamaica Stock Exchange (“JSE”), its shareholders and the investing public of the following:
Monolith Financial Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received a Cambio License from the Bank of Jamaica authorizing the operation of Cambio services at its Three Miles Location – Willie’s Plaza, 176 Spanish Town Road, Kingston 11.
The Company anticipates commencing foreign exchange trading operations at its Three Miles location on or before 1st August 2026.
The issuance of this license represents an important milestone in the Company’s strategic expansion of its financial services offerings and enhances its ability to provide convenient foreign exchange services to customers within the Three Miles community and its surrounding areas.
This development aligns with the Company’s strategic objective of expanding its service offerings, enhancing customer convenience and creating additional opportunities for sustainable growth.
