NOTICE — OPENING OF NEW BRANCH LOCATION BY SUBSIDIARY
MFS Capital Partners Limited (“The Company”) advises the Jamaica Stock Exchange (“JSE”), its shareholders and the investing public of the following:
Monolith Financial Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, officially opened a new branch located at 121 Windward Road, Kingston 2, Jamaica on 22nd July 2026.
The new branch will initially provide Western Union money transfer services, with additional financial products and services to be introduced over time as part of the subsidiary’s ongoing expansion strategy.
This expansion supports the Group’s long-term growth strategy, strengthens its market presence, and enhances customer convenience.
