RAiS e-Services set for overnight shutdown as TAJ completes planned maintenance
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) has notified the public that planned maintenance on the Revenue Administration Information System (RAiS) e-Services platform will run from 8:00 pm on Friday, June 19, 2026 through to 8:00 am on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
The RAiS e-Services site will be out of reach for users while work proceeds to strengthen system performance and sharpen the overall online experience.
TAJ made clear that the maintenance window will not interrupt online property tax payments, motor vehicle fitness fee payments, or traffic ticket services.
The agency said sorry for any bother the brief outage may bring and thanked customers for their patience while it presses ahead with improvements to its digital services.
