Tyler Perry says Netflix’s Beauty in Black will return for season four

Netflix’s Beauty in Black will continue, Tyler Perry has confirmed, with a fourth season greenlit for the drama he built from the ground up.

The story centres on a strip-club performer whose path shifts after she is drawn into a wealthy beauty-brand dynasty. That family’s public face conceals serious crimes, among them a lethal trafficking operation.

Perry, who devised the show and also wrote, directed, and produced it, revealed the renewal with co-stars Taylor Williams and Crystle Stewart present for the announcement.

When the new episodes will drop has not been made public. Until then, viewers are being told to brace for further plot turns and intense conflict once the series resumes.
