Update: Early dismissal at Stella Maris Prep amid video threats

A threatening video sent to Stella Maris Preparatory School in Kingston has sparked panic among parents and staff.
The Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) has reportedly launched an investigation into the incident.
The school says it cannot verify the authenticity of the video and that it may be a scam, adding that the school will remain open as investigations continue.
Meanwhile, the now viral threatening video forced an early end to Stella Maris Prep on Friday as fearful parents opted not to send their children to school. There was also reduced staff attendance.
Friday was slated to be Careers Day.
Police are maintaining a presence on the school compound and anyone with information, on the source of, or reasons for the threat, is being asked to make contact with Police.
