
Clarendon Maths Teacher Rohan Williamson Fatally Shot In Prospect
Clarendon detectives have opened an investigation into the killing of school teacher Rohan Williamson in the parish early Tuesday.
Mr. Williamson, 51, was attached to Prospect Primary School, where he worked as a specialist mathematics teacher.
According to investigators, people in the Prospect community contacted the police after hearing explosions about 5 a.m. When officers reached the scene, they discovered Mr. Williamson inside his home suffering from several gunshot wounds.
He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they are still working to establish why he was killed.
